| Basketball Tournament for girls held | | |  EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, Aug 23: Army Public School Akhnoor organised Intra Northern Command Basketball Tournament for girls.
Students of APS Rakhmuthi, APS Nagrota, APS Dhar Road, APS Udhampur , APS Srinagar participated with great vigour and enthusiasm.
APS Udhampur team girls beat the APS Srinagar team and final match was between APS Akhnoor and APS Udhampur and APS Akhnoor won the match.
Runner up trophy was given to APS Udhampur.
Dy Commander Parmashavaran, HQ 10 Arty Bde addressed the students on closing ceremony and said students should play with a sportsman spirit.
One team wins and another looses but with a new enthusiasm they should prepare for the next. APS Akhnoor won the trophy.
