| Shiv Sena organizes protest rally against CA&PD | | |

Due to non-availability of sugar, rice, and flour at ration depots in the city have aggregated the problems of poor masses. To show solidarity with people J&K Shiv Sena under the leadership of general secretary Ashok Gupta organized a protest rally against the consumer affairs & public distribution department (CA&PD)
The demonstration raised slogans against the non seriousness of the department towards Jammuties who are completely dependent on Govt. ration.
While addressing the demonstrations Gupta said, that ration dealers have deposited the money but only 25 % the ration has been supplied, minus sugar. He said shortage in supplies of rations has given rise to black marketing which include K-oil also. The activists demands early action in this regard.
Prominent amongst other who participated includes Rajesh Bandhari, Sham Lal, Lal Singh, Suresh Kumar, Krishan Lal and others.
