| Regularization of 43 Forest Officials | | Commissioner/Secretary GAD facing appears in court | | EARLY TIMES REPOT
Jammu, August-24 (JNF):- Commissioner/Secretary GAD against whom the High Court had issued bailable warrants for securing his presence in a contempt petition filed by 43 employees of forest dept for compliance of the Court orders, has appeared in person and seeks last opportunity for four weeks to file compliance report of directions issued by the Court.
Justice JP Singh of Jammu & Kashmir High Court Jammu Wing after hearing Sudershan Sharma appearing for the petitioners and AAG Gagan Basotra appearing for the State respondents, allowed four weeks time to file report compliance, meanwhile warrants against the commissioner/secretary GAD order be-recalled un-executed.
