| More Transfers in JK Higher Judiciary | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, August-25:- State High Court today ordered transfer and posting six sessions Judges. According to order No 470 issued today by Registrar General of Jammu & Kashmir High Court . JR Kotwal whereby Aijaz Ahmed Mir Principal District & Sessions Judge Leh has been transferred and posted as Presiding Officer MACT Srinagar on deputation. Mohd Yousuf Akhoon Presiding Officer MACT Srinagar on his repatriation has been transferred and posted as Special Judge Anticorruption Srinagar; Rashid Ali Dar Special Judge Anticorruption Srinagar has been transferred and posted as Principal District & Sessions Judge Shopian. Mohd Yousuf Wani Additional District Judge Srinagar has been transferred and posted Principal District & Sessions Judge Pulwama. Muzaffar Iqbal Qureshi Principal District & Sessions Judge Pulwama has been transferred and posted Member J&K Special Tribunal Srinagar against available Vacancy on deputation. Shakti Kumar Gupta Additional District Judge Baramulla has been transferred and posted President Divisional Consumer Forum Srinagar on deputation.
Meanwhile Registrar General J&K High Court Camp Office Jammu has ordered promotion of Durga Dass Bench Secretary as Joint Registrar against available vacancy due to retirement of Ghulam Ahmed Mir Joint Registrar. JNF
