JAMMU, Aug 26:
Central Mahajan Sabha Jammu has announced that a grand function will be organised to celebrate the birth anniversary of Lala Hans Raj Mahajan on October 2.
The decision was taken in a meeting of the office bearers of Mahajan Sabha held at Shalamar Bhawan under the presidentship of Vinod Gupta.
It was unanimously decided that a grand function will be held to commemorate Lala Hans Raj ji Mahajan’s birth anniversary.
The meeting also said that students, scholars who have excelled in various fields will be honoured for which a committee was formed to consider them on merit basis.
All the office bearers pledged to carry forward the path shown by Lala Hans Raj Mahajan.
Further, all the office bearers hailed the crusade against corruption launched by Anna Hazare and his team which has mobilised the entire nation including the Indians living abroad and demand immediate implementation of Jan Lok Pal Bill drafted by Indian Civil Society to weed out corruption from public life.
