| NC applauds Omar, Bhalla | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Aug 27: Jammu and Kashmir National Conference Minority Cell (JKNMC) has applauded Chief Minister Omar Abdullah and Revenue Minister Raman Bhalla for making 800 posts available for absorption of more unemployed migrant youth.
In a handout issued here today, President of the J&K National Conference Minority Cell and M.L.C. Vijay Bakaya, while addressing party workers thanked all those in the minority cell who have been pursuing this matter on behalf of the migrant youths.
Bakaya noted that those who had been skeptical about the joining of migrant youth recruited in Kashmir against the posts sanctioned by the government of India under the Prime Minister's Package and even had dissuaded them from joining have also welcomed this step of the government. Ensuring smooth transition of the migrant families from camps to Jagti, Bakaya urged the government to get the remaining empty flats also allotted to deserving non-migrant families.
