| 2 vehicle-lifters held, stolen car recovereD | | | EARLY TIMES REPOTE
Jammu: Police have arrested two vehicle-lifters and recovered stolen Santro car from their possession.
Informed sources said, the two vehicle lifters, Narinder Singh son of Jagdish Singh resident of Sumbar,Srinagar and Sunny Batra son of Vijay Batra resident of Roop Nagar, were arrested by a police party,on a tip-off at Bakshi Nagar area here today.
The accused were travelling in a stolen Santro car bearing registration number JK01J-7830 . They planned to sell the vehicle in the city. The two are in their early twenties and entered the world of crime to lead a luxurious life. The duo have been lodged in Bakshi Nagar police station after registering a case in this connection. Police was questioning them to elicit more information till late hours . |
