| Culvert washed away near Dyalachak | | | JAMMU: A culvert (puli) was today washed away on Dyalachak-Billawar road due to flash floods triggered by torrential rains.
As the rains lashed the area since last night, a nullah was flooded at Dabbi Morh on Dyalachak-Billawar road. A culvert constructed over it was washed away due to the flash flood, police sources said.
The road had been blocked to vehicular traffic, the sources added.
