| SAB holds seminar-cum-painting contest | | |

Students Association of Bishnah (SAB) in association with Eco Friendly Club organized a Seminar cum Painting competition in Govt Hr. Sec School, Bishnah to observe the ‘World Aids Day’ here today. MLA Bishnah, Ashwani Kumar Sharma was the chief guest while, Devinder Kour, Principal of the school was also present on the occasion.
The seminar was held on the topic “How much do we know about AIDS” and the theme for the painting was “Environmental Pollution and its Control”. A total of 60 students from 20 different schools participated in the competition. Speaking on the occasion, Ashwani emphasized on the need to spread the awareness about this deadly disease in a big way. Meanwhile, he appreciated the role of the SAB in organizing such educative campaign in the area.
BMO Bishnah, Dr. Ram Dhan also addressed the gathering and made them aware about the deadly disease of AIDS. President SAB, Kuldeep Raj Sharma, presented vote of thanks to conclude the function.
