| Girl found hanging from tree | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Aug 28: A minor girl was found hanging from a tree near her residence at Doda late Saturday night.
Police sources said Urmila (15), daughter of Bodh Raj of Doda, was found hanging from a tree near her residence last night.
After completing legal formalities, police removed the body to the Doda district hospital where post-mortem was conducted on it this morning. It was later handed over to her family for last rites.
Though police had registered a case in this connection, the cause behind the provocation was yet to be ascertained. |
