| Retd police officer, son assaulted | | |

A retd. Dy. Superintendent of police has lodged a complaint in the Gandhi Nagar, police station against a person and his son who assaulted him in the house at Shastri Nagar here today.
As per reports the retd Dy. SP, S.R.Parihar resident of Shastri Nagar, House No. 1821-F in his complaint has said a person namely Jatinder Sharma, along with his wife Shashi, daughters Priya and Sarita and son Aashish Junior engineer in P.D.D, presently ported at Sunderbani and residents of Kali-Gani, Bishnah no sooner enter the room of Dy. SP start beating the Dy. SP and his son Randeer Singh, and in the scuffle a golden chain was snatched from retd Dy. SP’s son.
A case u/s 452, 323, 247, 248, 382 RPC has been registered and also arrested Jatinder Sharma.
According to sources, police is working various theories with regard the case registered.
