| Army organizes educational cum awareness motivational tour’ | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, Aug 31: The Army has been undertaking various projects under OPERATION SADBHAVANA towards alleviating the problems of local population and winning their hearts and minds. In continuation of its efforts, the Kalidhar Brigade at Joguwan has organised an educational cum awareness ‘Motivational Tour’ for 20 school children of Akhnoor Tehsil of Jammu District, J&K to the various locations in Northern India.
Brig Yogendra Dimri Commander Kalidhar Brigade, welcomed the students proceeding on the tour and impressed upon the important role children have to play towards nation building.
He expressed happiness in the fact that the Kalidhar Brigade was organizing this visit for the children to various places in Delhi, Agra, Jaipur and Bikaner and stressed that this tour will enlighten the children of our vast natural and cultural heritage.
The students also presented a lively cultural programme on the occasion. The tour was flagged off at by Brig Yogendra Dimri Commander Kalidhar Brigade, from Joguwan in an impressive ceremony
