| Minor raped by uncle | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Doda, Sep 1:A 5 year old minor girl was raped by her own uncle here today.
“While the victim Munira Bano, name changed, daughter of Farooq Ahmed Jhan, was admitted in Government Hospital, Doda, police arrested the accused Yasir Ahmed (15) son of Mohd Sharif resident of village Khuddal, Kashtigarh after registering the case against him in this connection”, DIG Doda Munish Sinha informed when contacted.
As per police sources, the accused, committed the rape on girl child when nobody was present at her home.
After committing crime, the accused left the spot leaving the victim in an unconscious condition.
The matter was reported to the Kashtigarh police which took the victim to the hospital for medical check up and arrested the absconding youth. The medical report of the victim was awaited till late hours.
