| Weekly Srinagar-PoK bus service postponed due to Eid | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
SRINAGAR: The weekly bus service operating between Srinagar and Muzaffarabad, the capital of Pakistan occupied Kashmir, (PoK) was postponed today following Eid-ul-fitr.
Official sources said here that after the governments of both the
Sides agreed, the weekly bus service was postponed.
The bus service was started on April 7, 2005 to enable the families divided in 1947 to meet each other.
Thousands of families have visited each other since the service started after Prime Minister Manmohan Singh flagged off the first bus from here.
