| Satwari women join PDP | | |  EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu Sep 1: On the persuasion of Anita Devi, PDP leader Samba, a large number of ladies of Raipur Satwari, Jammu belonging to various walks of society joined PDP in presence of Shanti Devi president PDP Mahilla Wing, in PDP office Gandhi Nagar Jammu.
Prominent among them were Shimla Devi, Rita Devi, Kailash Devi, Kamla Devi, Naro Devi, Asha Devi, Kulbir Kour, Kamlesh Devi, Santosh Devi and Sheela Devi.
These ladies extended their whole hearted support and services to the party showing their full faith in the policies and program of the party.
Shimla Devi, newly joined, said that Mufti Mohd Sayeed is a visionary and has a positive approach for the ladies and he is the only person who can contribute to the uplift of the ladies in the state.
They extended their full support to the party and took oath to serve the party to strengthen the hands of Mehboba Mufti, president PDP and also extended their full support to Shanti Devi, president Mahilla Wing PDP. While welcoming them in the party-fold Shanti Devi said that PDP is the only party in the state that can address the miseries of the poor masses. She urged them to whole heartedly support and strengthen the hands of Mehbooba Mufti, president PDP who can only come up to the expectations of the people and solve their problems.
On this occasion other PDP leaders of Mahilla Wing like Bimla Billoria, senior vice president, Sudesh Kumari, vice president, Arsha Rawat, zone president Gandhi Nagar, Nirmal Kour, zone president Jammu East, Kulwant Kour ward president W No. 19 and Anita Devi senior leader also addressed the gathering.
