| Samba, Vijaypur zonal presidents of PDP elected | | |

SAMBA, Sep 2:
Election of Zonal presidents of People Democratic Party was held in Samba. A meeting of card holders of PDP held at Rest House in Samba in which Zonal presidents of Samba and Vijaypur zones were elected unanimously. Election process was completed in the supervision of MLC Murtaza Khan who was also appointed as returning officer for Samba District by Party leadership.
Distt. president of party Pawandev Singh, Inderjit Singh slathia, Sarpanch Vijay Choudhary, Nasib Singh, Senior leader Aaabid hussain, Ramkumar singh, Ashvini khajuria, Rocky Gupta, Sukhdev Singh, Mulkh raj, swarn singh, anita devi, rounak ram, nagarmal, ajay kumar, jaimbal ram, Sudershan gupta, Rakesh Sharma, panch Somraj were the prominant among the party workers who participated in the election. Chander Singh Salathia was elected as Zonal president of Vijaypur and Kabla Singh was elected unanimously as Zonal president of Samba Zone. After the election party workers welcomed the new zonal presidents and garlanded them. Returning officer and PDP MLC Murtaza Khan also congratulated the newly elected Zonal presidents and asked them to work for the party, He also urged the party leaders and workers to remain unite and strengthen the party in the Samba district.
