Full court reference to mourn advocate’s demise | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, Sept 02: A full court reference was today held in the high court here under the chairmanship of Justice Virender Singh to mourn the demise of advocate Kulwant Singh who breathed his last yesterday. Justice Singh said the force of creation and destruction had taken him away from the worldly life at the prime of his youth, which was most disturbing and painful. “We all know death is ultimate truth of life but untimely happening like the present one touches everyone deeply. However, we have to bow down before the wishes of the Almighty,” he added. One minute silence was observed for the eternal peace to the departed soul. After the reference, the court work remained suspended for the rest of the day. Advocate Kulwant was born on December 17, 1966, in Jammu. He did his schooling up to matric from Luthra Academy and graduation in 1986 from Jammu University. He did law from Jammu University in 1989. He was later enrolled as advocate and started practice.
