| Criminal held with sharp-edged weapon | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Sept 03: A youth was apprehended by police at a checking point at Dharamkote in Billawar area of Kathua Friday evening.
Police sources said Lal Chand, son of Hans Raj of Dharamkote, was arrested by police when cops at a checking point in the area recovered a sharp-edged weapon from his possession.
He was booked under section 4/25 of arms act.
