Jammu, Sep 3: A meeting of District Congress Committee Jammu Urban was held here at PCC HQ. Jammu to discuss the organization activities.
The meeting was presided over by Om Chopra, Ex-MLA & President DCC and attended by functionaries of DCC, Block and ward presidents.
The meeting reviewed the organizational affairs and measures to strengthen the party at the polling booth and ward levels and also discussed to hold a workers convention in near future to deliberate on various issues of the organization.
In the meeting all the office bearers were asked by the President to gear up and galvanized the rank and file of party in Jammu Urban to face elections of JMC. He further advised that we must try to win the trust and confidence of people and spread the policies and programmes to the party as well. He also asked the party men to chose honest and dedicated candidates for the JMC elections.
