| Regularization of contractual Lecturer (10+2) demanded | | | EARLY TIMES
Doda , Sep 3: Contractual lecturer working in Hr.Sec Schools of the state have demanded regularization. Few years back state govt. has framed the policy for regularization of services of those contractual, adhoc and consolidated govt. employees who were working in different departments and have completed their 7 years of service.
One of the lecturer (Botany) Pawan Gupta told us that recently the list of such employees have being displayed in newspaper which included Non Gazetted and Gazetted cadres of agriculture technocrats but the state govt. has neglected the service of contractual Lecturer (10+2) who are working in various schools in spite of their hard working, dedication and working in far flung areas and even militancy affected areas.
He also said that the Govt. is paying only seven thousands per month to them from more than 7 years which is less then the pay of a sweeper. Moreever there are many contractual lecturers who are being constantly working in far flung area and have completed their seven years of service and now they are over aged and moreover they are not at present to eligible for any other govt. Job.
Contractual lecturerers have requested their recent policy of regulization and give them at least basic pay. Mean while Distt. President All India S.F have shown its full cooperation to Lecturer (10+2) and have urged the working in the school from last more than 7 years.
