| All J&K Mahasha Sadar Sabha to hold fresh elections | | | EARLY TIMES
Jammu, Sep 3: All J&K Mahasha Sadar Sabha has decided that fresh, free and fair elections shall be held for the Sabha within three months, whose election schedule will be shortly announced by the election Board after deciding the same in the general body meeting which is being organized on 11th Sep at Sabha's Head Office
Public at large was apprised that some self style persons have been misleading the community by posing themselves as the President of the Sabha, whereas fact is that no elections have been held for the Sabha since May 2008.
Even the Chairman election Board Bansi Lal Bharti has given in writing before the court of learned city Judge Jammu in a contempt proceedings , that he has not conducted the elections to the Sabha and Rattan Lal Karotra SP (Rtd) , posing himself as the President of the Sabha be asked that how he has got elected himself as President.
Hence keeping in view the present scenario and circumstances, to remove the doubts from the minds of the innocent people of the community and in the interest of whole community, it is decided that fresh, free and fair elections shall be held for the Sabha within three months
