| West Pak refugees vow to continue fighting for rights | | |  EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Sep 4:
West Pakistani Refugee Action Committee’s monthly meeting held today at Swankha Morh, Vijaypur.
The members from different tehsils of the state gathered at head office Swankha Morh under the leadership of their president Labba Ram Gandhi.
The meeting resolved that fight with the state government for the rights of West Pakistani refugees will continue.
Speaking on the occasion, Gandhi appealed to the members of the different tehsils that the refugees should take up their fight on the pattern of Anna Hazare’s agaitaion. We should also struggle to obtain Permanent Resident Certificate (PRC) of the state and for the right of citizenship.
Others who were present include Chhaju Singh Manhas, general secretary, Joginder Kumar, Bahadur Mal, Bahdur Lal, Rashpaul Choudhary and others.
