| BJP nominates district legal, legislative convenors | | | EARLY TIMES
Jammu, Sep 5: BJP legal & legislative cell state convenor Onkar Seth, in consultation with party state president Shamsher Singh Manhas, has nominated district convenors of the cell with Radhey Sham Sharma (Adv.) as convenor and Pawan Dev Singh (Adv.) as co-convenor for Jammu district.
Similarly, Arvind Gupta (Adv.), Bhushan Verma (Adv.), I.D Sharma (Adv.), Kuldeep Raj Dubey (Adv.), Dushant Sahrma (Adv.) and Vikas Kant Sharma (Adv.) has been nominated as convenors for Kathua, Samba, Udhampur, Reasi, Rajouri and Kishtwar districts respectively.
The BJP at the national level has its legal & legislative cell with a motive to project the cases related to violation of human rights, suggest legal course of action against the corrupt elements besides providing legal assistance to the needy and down-trodden sections.
In Jammu & Kashmir also this cell will take up the Human Right violation committed by the militants and anti-national elements and also provide legal aid to the uprooted families by the militants from different areas of the state, Jammu region in particular.
