| Vinod Gupta, Daulat Ram elected as PDP zone presidents | | | EARLY TIMES
Kathua Sep 5: The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) held Hiranagar and Kathua zone level election under the supervision of state secretary Flair Singh and ex-gen secy. Dhaman Bhaseen at Kathua.
The election was held peacefully and democratically to elect the presidents of zone Hiranagar and zone Kathua to strengthen policies and programmes of PDP at grass root level.
After the election Vinod Gupta was elected as president of zone Kathua and Daulat Ram of zone Hiranagar.
On the occasion the state secy. Flair Singh and ex-gen secy Dhaman Bhaseen said that PDP is only the alternative of to provide the pure and true democratic pro people regime in the JK state.
They said that the present coalition government has totally failed on all fronts to secure the rights of the people and also established anarchy and corrupt system in the state.
The coalition government has no policies for the welfare of people and no strong and effective programme to balance the development of Jammu, Leh and Kashmir due to which unrest and frustration is developing among the people of the state.
On the occasion the district president of PDP Kathua S. Surinder Singh, Jagdeep Singh (Jagga) and etc were present.
