KISTWAR, September 5: District President Youth Congress Kishtwar Sheikh Nasir Hussain has extended his heartiest congratulations to all the candidates who have qualified KAS exam particularly those hailing from district Kishtwar.
In a statement issued to press Sheikh Nasir has said that it is matter of pride for whole Kishtwar that the first female topper is from this land. While congratulating topper Dr. Sehrish Asgar, Sheikh Nasir has said that the shining girl has fulfilled the dream of lakhs of people of this mountainous district.
