| SBI donates water cooler to GHSS Bakshi Nagar | | |  EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu , Sept 5
State Bank of India, Administrative Office Jammu today celebrated Teachers Day with teachers of Govt High School Bakshi Nagar. A Cultural programme was presented by the children of the school. Ravi Gupta, Asst General Manger, SBI, A.O. Jammu was the chief guest. Ravi Gupta felicitated S.S Gupta, Retired Senior Yoga teacher by presenting him a shawl. Gupta also threw light on the life of Late Dr Radha Krishan visionary/educationist and 2nd President of India, whose birthday is celebrated as Teacher’s day Gupta also stressed on teacher community to provide high quality education to the children who are going to be citizens of tomorrow and can serve the Nation better.
On this occasion a water cooler was donated b y the Bank for the use of teachers/ children. The Principal of school Subash Choudhary thanked the Bank officials for this generous work Harbans Singh Chief Manager (OAS), D.N Bhat, Chief Manager (HR) , SBI were also present on the occasion.
