| Literary meet held | | |

Member Parliament Choudhary Mohammad Aslam organized a 1-day literary meet in the honour of Baba-i-Gojari Rana Fazal Hussain a resident of PoK who is a prominent writer of Gojri, Pahari, Punjabi and Urdu languages on his first visit to Lashana in Poonch district.
A galaxy of poets, writers, social workers and politicians drawn from across the twin districts of Poonch and Rajouri participated in this literary meet. As may as, 15 Poets and Writers of twin districts presented their poetry on the occasion.
In his address, Member Parliament lauded the services of Mr. Rana which he rendered for the promoting of local languages like Gojri and Pahari which is being spoken by a major chunk of population in both sides of Kashmir. |
