| Title holders, Trikuta College, GCW Parade in semis | | |  EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Sept 07: Defending champions, Trikuta Degree College and Government College for Women (GCW) Parade today moved into the semi-finals of the inter-college badminton tournament underway at Gymnasium Hall of the University of Jammu, here.
With the entry of title holders, the semifinals position has been cleared in both men and women sections today.
Now, in the men’s semi-finals, to be played tomorrow, Trikuta Degree College shall take on Government Degree College Kathua while Post Graduate Departments shall lock horns against GGM Science College.
Similarly, in women’s category, GCW Parade to take on Government College for Women Kathua and GCW Gandhi shall be playing against Government Women College Udhampur for the finals berth.
Today’s matches were officiated by the penal of experts including Vikram Jamwal, Ravish Vaid, both NIS qualified, Rakesh Verma, Sumit, Amit, Saira Bano and Arun under the supervision of Romesh Magotra and Braj Jamwal.
