| Dev projects identified by STF reviewed | | | Early Times Report
UDHAMPUR, Sept 8: To review progress of different projects identified by Special Task Force (STF) of the government of India in district Udhampur, District Development Commissioner (DDC) Baseer Ahmed Khan convened a meeting of the sectoral heads of different departments in his office chamber on Thursday.
The projects already identified by special task force included upgradation and widening of Ramnagar Dudu Basantgarh- Latti road, establishment of district Disaster management complex near Birma Nallah, Solid waste management project and construction of hostel for Gaddi, Sippi students.
Meeting was apprised that the tendering process for upgradation of Ramnagar Dudu Basantgarh- Latti road is under progress and work on the project would be initiated by PWD in next few days. DDC directed the revenue officers present in the meeting to prepare complete revenue related formalities for construction of disaster management complex and solid waste management project as soon as possible so that tendering process could be initiated with a months times.
He also asked the concerned officers associated with the execution of these projects to submit the status report of their respective projects on weakly basis so that same could be forwarded to higher authorities for their appraisal.
