32 PoK residents arrive in Kashmir, | only 2 cross to other side | | EARLY TIMES REPORT SRINAGAR : Thirty-two fresh guests from Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (PoK) arrived here this afternoon while only two Kashmiris crossed over to other side of the Line of Control (LoC). The weekly bus service was suspended last week after both the government agreed following Eid-ul-Fitr. Official sources told that 32 PoK residents arrived at Kaman post, the last Indian military post near LoC in Uri sector after crossing the Aman Setu (peace bridge) on foot this afternoon. They said two Kashmiris crossed over to other side of the LoC to meet their relatives, separated during partition in 1947. However, 29 PoK residents returned to their homes after completing stay here, they said adding that these guests had arrived here in previous buses. The bus service is operating between Srinagar and Muzaffarabad to enable the divided families to meet each other.
