Two absconders arrested | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, Sept 8: Two absconders were arrested by two different police stations here today. One person namely Dharam Singh son of Bodi Ram of Ramnagar was arrested by Rehari Police here today. A police spokesman giving information said that Dharam, who, was involved in hit and run case was absconding since 1987 was arrested by ICPP Rehari Wasim Raja. Meanwhile, Bari Brahmna police claimed to have arrested an absconding bovine smuggler against whom non-bailable warrants were issued by the court, a police spokesman said. A police officer said that a police team led by SHO Bari Brahmana Inspector Arun Jamwal arrested absconder Makhan Din son of Mohammed Yousuf of Kikkar Morh in Bari-Brahmna. “Against him, cases were pending in police station Samba, police station Lakhanpur and police station Hiranagar for bovine smuggling. Court had also issued orders of non-bailable warrants under section 512/Cr.P.C,” the police spokesman added.
