Kachdora gets JK Bank ATM | | | Early Times Report SRINAGAR, Sept 8: Jammu and Kashmir Bank today pressed one more ATM into public service at Kachdora in Shopian. Vice-President and Zonal Head Kashmir (South) Syed Ashaq Hussain Zaidi inaugurated the machine in the presence of Cluster Head Manzoor Suharwardy, valuable customers, people from different sections of society besides some Bank officials. With Kachdora ATM, the total number of such machines in south Kashmir rose to 58 and in Shopian district to 7. Speaking on the occasion, Zonal Head felicitated people of Kachdora for getting ATM and said, “The installation of ATM was essentially another step towards future, making life easier. Now your hard earned money would be available to you round the clock.” He asked the people to come forward with viable projects/activities for economic growth of the area assuring them of every possible help for these projects/activities from the Bank. Cluster Head also spoke briefly and emphasized the importance of ATM’s and its benefits to the customers. He said that basic motive behind installation of ATMs was to reduce foot fall at the business units and provide swift and better customer service.
