| The physical exercises or drill commonly known as much propagated as Yoga by the so-called/self styled physical instructors. Yoga has become the talk of the day in every field which has a sufficient way to exploit the common masses who are not aware of the real meaning of the yoga.
The great saints from time to time have also tried their best to apprise the common man about the purpose and purport of Yoga and its utility in our day to day life. But morally speaking very few have realized and comprehended the true and real meaning of yoga yet. The yoga is misconcepted as the performance of some type of physical exercises concerning the activities of the animals, the birds and the creatures of the world or some postures (asanas) but the yoga means the union which leads to an exalted state i.e. the state of bliss, peace and prosperity. Yoga ensures the learned balanced development of the mankind i.e. physical, intellectual, mental and spiritual while actively living and sharing all the comforts and discomforts of the life, being ever joyful and undeterred by challenges of the material life.
Now the question arises between whom the union is to be brought out and how real yoga leads to this union whereupon a man becomes the master of his destiny and not a helpless puppet in the hands of his cruel fate.
I suggest all the human beings to chant ‘Aum’ regularly twice a day. Ten minutes in the morning and ten minutes in the evening on a bad conductor with a straight backbone. By this practice one can bring about the union of ‘Arjuna’ (MIND) with ‘Krishna’ (SOUL).
The chanting of ‘Aum’ makes it very possible that the body, the mind and the Self will work in unison. You are not supposed to subdue your mind but instead you have to evolve it. Elevated to a higher state where it is united with Self and the Self becomes the Soul. The Anand Yoga means the self-realization i.e. the realization of Self as a Soul when mind gets its seat on forehead i.e. the ‘Trikuti’.
The yoga is to get your all the hidden potentialities activated but the so-called yoga of the present Yogies is only for the development of the physical body and its parts.
The technique I have explained and practiced to my satsangies and other associates how chanting of ‘Aum’ can unite a sincere seeker of reality with Supreme Truth and makes a truthful seeker absolutely free while living in this perishable body. Any spiritual aspirant who joins our Satsang can come towards inner realization of the Soul. I am here in physical form to clear all your delusions which make you feel quite isolate and different from the ultimate authority or force i.e. Almighty.
I want to make you free from all the evils of attachment, power lust, greed and false ego. I want quite sincerely that your intention become centered on the internal Cosmic Sound which can lead you to a state of exaltation and permanent everlasting bliss so that the worldly troubles and problems would not shake your equilibrium. On the other hand you will resolve and face all the problems and woes without losing your blissful mental peace. I want you all emerging more confident and more cheerful and your thinking must be much more vast and universal.
I request and suggest all my learned wise scholars of the bookish world should never give much importance to the jugglery of words.
I want it to clear very sincerely that I don’t belong to any man-made religion, caste or creed. I can never be limited to any particular family. I being naturally very pure and uncontaminated, I deliver my experiences aiming at activation of the hidden potentialities of the real seeker of truth. My spiritual discourses are only to develop the all-round personality of the individual and to turn a ‘Jeevatma’ into a realized awakened Soul. I want to reveal the ‘Yukti’ (technique) of hearing to the inner Prashabda and merging into it. My all associates, Satsangies and friends must know I am just like the lotus of a pond but this is a fact that I am an undisputed supreme king of the spirit land.
I agree the common masses are being made to worship various gods and goddesses as desired by the so-called dharam gurus, preachers or self-styled religious leaders for their personal motives to be achieved at the cost of innocent people’s ignorance. The imaginary gods and goddesses are being worshiped in the hope that these may make them completely free from worldly problems & worries and bestow the innocent masses the power, pleasures, domestic peace, happiness and sound health. These ignorant people don’t know what they are being taught by their preceptor or Guru. The common masses don’t know even the meaning of Guru. At present my country alone is full of self-styled and man-made gurus having special degrees such as Shree Shree 108, Shree Shree 1008, Mahant or Mandleshwar and so on. The people are being robbed very cruelly due to blind faith and innocency.
The first thing I want to say, select only one Master to whom and through whom one wants to surrender all that one has and all he is i.e. the body, mind and Self full of ego.
I am sorry to say that the religious teachings are being interpreted to the ignorant people by the different teachers and bookish scholars of the bookish world popularly known as Gurus whether they may be the only story tellers. The stories adopted from our ancient history or hearsay. So many temples and Dargahs have been constructed to befool and loot the people with the help of polished ideas and showy impressive teachings.
The so-called Dharam Gurus or Preceptors according to their personal view and I.Q. try to make the followers accept their teachings and serve them blindly as they are going on to construct holy places or Ashrams for the masses. The well known bookish scholars having the most fraudulent bent of mind impress the people due to their university degrees. I say the spirituality is a practical science and not parroting Shalokas from scriptures while lacking the practical experience which is a direct source of knowledge with wisdom. So I say please never go after the interpretations of the so-called holy scriptures which often differ to each other and create confusion worst confounded for several lives you have to grope for the hard truth.
This is the reason why the necessity of a Master is. The Master should be truly a realized Soul not the Self. Only then he can bring you out of this confusion after making you experience the practical as the spirituality is rather a practical science. Anyhow if the Master comes who is fully awakened realized never miss the chance to have His guidance. If a real Master comes to you, listen to Him very sincerely and carefully. If the master physically disappears, try to understand the interpretations given by your inner Self instead of following the Holy Scriptures. Always try to read the book of your Self and let it interpret the true knowledge. The book of Self can make you competent to know all the secrets of inner life as well as external life and the knowledge of the Self can serve the purpose of holy Master.
Anyhow if your master has been a real Master enlightened from within, he would remain omnipresent to lead you and to guide you even after the destruction of his physical body. I once again ask you if a real Master does come in your life never miss the chance because he can come to you even after his physical death but it depends upon the intensity of your demand.
I may make clear, don’t be sheep while adopting the Master. Before adopting a Master one should scrutinize and judge him without any blind faith, superstitions or the propagation through his agents. Master must be fully competent to impart you the real spiritual knowledge with very high degree of His practical personal spiritual attainment.
Suppose you fail to find out any spiritual Master or the Master does not come in your life, please don’t be swayed by seeing the T.V. channels full of so many masters.
Let your inner consciousness be your guide or master or guru but the consciousness should never be static.
I have seen personally in my life that any particular Sanskrit Shalok if appeals to some people and they interpret it as per their I.Q. and the level of their consciousness they stick to this level for all the times to come.
I, Dr. Krishna, say that it is the foul play of your mind. I know that innermost divine consciousness proceeds towards higher consciousness until it fully develops to be Supreme Spiritual level of oneness.
No one tries to experience the oneness and no one knows this consciousness is the real interpreter between our past, present and future of the personality. I am here in a physical form to fully enlighten your consciousness through my Supreme Consciousness. The Master must be fully enlightened divinely awakened Soul with practical experiences in the material world but not to gather the masses in the name of Yoga to achieve the political goal by befooling the ignorant people.
