| Pensioners criticise callous attitude of govt | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Sept 10: Pensioners of Jammu division have criticised adoption of callous and indifferent attitude of the authorities and the government towards them.
In a handout issued here today, it has been stated that a general meeting was held under the Chairmanship of Ajit Singh Adyal wherein members present in the meeting criticized behaviour of the government and corporation authorities for not taking effective steps for the redressel of the pending grievances of the pensioners.
Pensioners have impressed upon the corporation authorities and government to come forward and provide funds for disbursement to the government transport undertaking pensioners at the earliest. Saleem Qureshi. Iqbal Singh Krishan Lal Sharma. Tariq Hussain. Om Parkash Lakhnotra , Belliam Massi, Vashno Dass, Madan Lal Santokh Singh. Daleep Singh, Jagdish Varma, Balkar Singh Isher Singh and Maharaj Krishan Koul also spoke on the occasion and stressed for proper action to be taken in order to get the genuine demands redressed by concerned authorities.
