| Tarigami urges govt to fulfill employees’ demands | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Srinagar Sept 10 : CPI (M) state secretary and MLA Kulgam, M Y Tarigami has strongly condemned recent police action on employees who were protesting against government ‘apathy.’
Talking to KNS Tarigami urged the government to avoid confrontation with the employees and fulfill their ‘genuine’ demands without any further delay. “Employees are arms and legs of government. Instead of confrontation, government should find a solution to the problem,” he added,
Meanwhile, Tarigami has also demanded adequate compensation for farmers of Lolab area of Kupwara district who suffered losses due to hailstorm yesterday.
