| Wu-Shu championship held in Kathua for first time | | |  Early Times Report
KARHUA, September 10: The first time District Kathua Wu-Shu championship which is organized by district Wu-Shu Association began at Sports Stadium Kathua.
The championship was inaugurated by the S P Police Training School Ashok Sharma and he appreciated the organizers to hold such kind of dynamic and beautiful sports event first time in Kathua.
On the occasion the General Secretary of the Associations Vikrant Sharma apprised the media persons that the championship would be held for two days from September 10 to 11 at sports stadium Kathua in which Sub junior, senior boys and girls of all school of Kathua are participating and gold medalist of this championship will be selected for the coming 8th Wu-Shu Championship.
The sports person Amrish Sharma, Vippen, Sachin Sharma, Rakesh Roshan (Gabber), Sanjeev Verma, loveanya and Vidhanshu, expressed their views to appreciate the Association for holding Wu-Shu Championship which is most useful for flourishing the culture of sports activities and to spread the awareness of health and sports among the youth of the Kathua which is only the way to improve the values and strengthen of the young generation of the Kathua.
