GGF remembers Acharya Vinoba Bhave on his 116th Birthday

Jammu, Sep 11: Gandhi Global Family (GGF) under the chairmanship of Janak Raj Gupta advisor GGF International gathered to celebrate the 116th birth anniversary of Acharya Vinoba Bhave at Gandhi Nagar. Members of GGF from all the districts of Jammu and Kashmir participated and spoke on the life of renowned social worker and threw light on the principles and achievements of Acharya Vinoba Bhave ji.
Speaking on the occasion Janak Raj Gupta ex- MP said that Vinoba Bhave ji was a epitome of peace and Acharya ji took out many Padh Yatra’s to see the problems being faced by people of India.
Janak Raj Gupta further said, “Acharya Vinoba Bhave ji felt pain of landless labourers(bhoomi hin majdoors) who were working in fields of rich land lords remained the clock like animals and still could not afford two time meals for them and their families. The conditions of labourers was very pathetic and heart rendering”.
Janak Raj Gupta further said Vinoba Bhave ji took main cause of agricultural labourers and started a non-violent way by requesting and motivating big land of India to give small pieces at their land to labourers on charity. This call of Vinoba ji had a miraculous effect on the big landlords and lakhs of kanals of land was denoted by the landlords to land less labourers throughout India and social transformation took place in India on the inspiration guiding at Bhave Ji.
Janak Raj Gupta also said the great people are remembered for centuries after the departure of their souls from their materialist world like Vinoba ji.
Other prominent speakers in the meeting included, Om Chopra, Garu Ram, Manmohan Chowdhary, KK Gandotra, Ved Bhagat, Lalita Sharma, Kirtan Singh, MM Handa, Kailash Rani, Didar Singh, Bhatrat Priya, Vimla Salathia, Meenu Jamwal, Harvinder Singh, Panny Baba, Kramit Malik, S S Chib, Shreesh Singh, Sunil Kumar, Kamla Salathia and Camres David.
