| Inter school dance competition organized | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, Sep 11: “Dance Addiction 2” an inter school dance competition was organized by SY Step up Dance and Aerobics Institute and Nirvana Academy a Cultural Club (Regd.) at Govt. Polytechnic college Auditorium Bikram Chowk Jammu here today.
R.K Bali (District President PDP Jammu was the Chief Guest while Thakur Fhuler Singh State Secretary PDP Jammu and Hitesh Badyal President Nirvana Academy was the guest of honour on the occasion.
The function started with a Dogri folk dance guest performance choreographed by Sanjeev Yogi, young and energetic choreographers of modern dance era followed by the marvelous dance performances by the children of all ages.
The main motive to organize Dance Addiction 2 was to explore hidden talent in the youth of the State so that they can be able to compete with the other talented youth of the country.
Nirvana Academy had organized various such programmes/competitions earlier also and succeeded in bringing all such type of talented/budding artist under one umbrella.
Dance Addiction 2 was conceived and directed by the young team of SY Step Up Dancing Institute and Nirvana Academy.
Audience including parents of the participating children enjoyed the programme which was compared by Krishan Kumar a mimicry artist who made people to laugh at his jokes and made audience to clap at his different style of presentation.
Programme was adjudged by the Guest Judge Randhir Kumar internationally acclaimed folk dance choreographer and Ravi Kumar who came to encourage the participants of Dance Addiction 2.
