| Staff, infrastructure be provide to Commission shortly | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Zanskar, Sept 12: According to the Secretary J&K Accountability Commission that the consequent upon the assurance extended to the Commission by the Commissioner Secretary Law in the meeting held in the office of the Commission in which Director Estates was also present, that eligible staff and necessary infrastructure is going to be provided to the Commission very shortly.
In fact the requisitions for the same have already been sent to the Hon’ble High Court and Director General Accounts and Treasuries for deputation of some of the staff, all cases pending in the Commission were taken up for consideration.
Notices have been issued to the parties their lawyers for their appearance on the dates fixed by the Commission in the cases.
Interested parties may approach the commission for dates fixed in their cases.
