| Punjabi play “Gaddi Charan Di Kahl Bari Si” staged at JU | | |

Under the ongoing International seminar on the theme “Contemporary Punjabi Literature: Global Perspective”, Punjabi play “Gaddi Charan Di Kahl Badi Si” staged today at Brig. Rajinder Singh Auditorium, University of Jammu (JU). Written and produced by Kewal Dhaliwal, a prominent theatre personality of International repute, play depicted the plight of immigrants outside India.
Prof. Devinder Singh, HoD Punjabi along with all the visiting scholars of Punjabi, University faculty and students witnessed the play. The play depicted the sorry state of affairs of the Indian immigrants.
