| Inter-school martial arts competitions begin | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Sept 12: Annual inter-school martial arts competitions of Jammu district, organised by Department of Youth Services and Sports (DYSS) got underway at Guru Harkrishan Public School, here today.
On the opening day of the three-day competitions, bouts in preliminary rounds were conducted under the supervision of experts in the field.
Earlier, the events were declared open by Principal of the host school, Gian Singh Soodan. Prominent among others present were Chanchal Kour, Vijay Malla, Indra Khusoo (all ZPEOs), Vijay Kumar, Suraj Dev and Tilak Raj.
