| AJKMSS constitutes election board | | |  EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, Sep 12: All J&K Mahasha Sadar Sabha(AJKMSS) Jammu headed by Kanwaljeet Sethi, was declared President of the Sabha.
Also following resolutions were passed in the General Body Meeting held on September 4.
Kanwaljeet Singh Sethi declared President and Girdhari Lal Lakhnotra who have filled the Court Cases against Sabha will withdraw all cases in the best interest of Sabha and also to avoid the unnecessary exchequer of the sabha.
B.L.Bharti, Chairman, Election Board who has filled reply in the contempt petition, informing therein that no election was conducted after stay of the election, will conduct the election within three months, as per the constitution of the sabha.
Hence it is worthwhile to mention that the Chairman Election Board ensured to conduct the fresh election of the sabha within three months with the cooperation of newly constituted election board subject to the withdrawl of all the court cases filled by Kamaljeet Sethi and Girdhari Lal Lakhnotra.
Kanwaljeet Sethi will continue as the President of the sabha till new body is formed so that functioning of the sabha could be streamlined.
The new election board was constituted comprising of following members, B.L.Bharti Chairman, Khilari Lal Kouran Vice Chairman, Girdhari Lal Lakhnotra, Maheshwar Das Dardi, Ramesh Lalotra and Narinder Pal Nagotra all as members and B.D.Nargal as member secretary.
The Election Board assured to conduct free and fair election of the sabha. People in general were appealed to participate in the election of sabha so that functioning of the Biradari could be streamlined.
Prominent members ' who attended the said conference are as N.D.Rajwal, Garib Dass, Members S/C Advisory Board, Sat Pal, Raj Pal, Gian Chand, Lambardar R.S. Pura, Master Gian Chand, Bansi Lal Kiran, Dr. Satpal, Arun Rajwal, Madan Lal, Vaishno Dutt and Shammi Nanttal.
