Liquor factory manager held for making bid to rape woman employee | | | JAMMU: The manager of New India Distillery at Barian in Samba was today arrested by police for allegedly making an attempt to rape a woman who worked as a cook in the factory. In her complaint lodged with Samba police station, Nisha Bala, a widow of Kothi Morh, Bari Brahmana, alleged that manager of New India Distillery had tied to rape her at the factory where she worked as a cook. She identified the accused as Mithlesh Kumar, son of Chanderma Prasad Singh of Bihar. Acting on her complaint, police arrested the accused and booked him under section 294 of RPC. |
