| Government forcing people to come on streets for basic amenities: Khan | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, September 13: MLA Mendhar, Sardar Rafiq Hussain Khan in the press statement said that the people of Mendhar protested many times against their long pending demand of motarable Chajjla bridge where more than 20 thousand people are residing and they have no connectivity with the road.
In this regard, the women and youths of this village protested and blocked main road for six hours and again they have got assurance for high official authorities of tehsil Mendhar and nothing has been done in this regard.
MLA Mendhar said that genuine demand of the people of this village have send project of Rupees 11 crore of this village of the Chajjla Bridge under NABARD Scheme but they have not approved this project and scheme.
