| Power shut down | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, SEPTEMBER 13-In order to carry out an urgent repair and maintenance work of 33 KV Katra line, the shut down of 33 KV Katra line emanating from 132/33 KV Grid Station Jhajjar Kotli is hereby approved for five days i.e with effect from 15-9-2011 to 19-9-2011 from 7 a m to 12 noon enabling the concerned to carryout necessary work so that smooth power supply during the Navratra festival which is commencing on 28th of September at Katra town, is maintained.
The power supply to 2x10 MVA, 33/11 KV Receiving Station Katra shall remain off, however, the power supply of 33/11 KV Receiving Station Tarakote shall be maintained through Reasi Line.
The areas to be affected due to the proposed shutdown are “Katra town, Agar jitto, Kotli etc.
