Over Rs 3 cr goods traded by J&K, POK businessmen | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT Poonch (J&K), Sep 13 Goods worth over Rs 3 crore were traded between Jammu and Kashmir and Pakistan-Occupied -Kashmir (PoK) along the Line of Control at Chakan-Da-Bagh crossing point in Poonch district today, officials said. As many as 27 trucks rolled out from Trade Facilitation Centre (TFC) at Ranger in Poonch to POK today, they said adding these trucks carried bags of red chilli, embroidery cardamon worth Rs 1.51 crore (Rs 1,51,65,387). From POK, 25 trucks carrying bags of almond, dry black grapes, dry dates, mango and herbs crossed to this side and these were worth Rs 1.51 crore (Rs 1,52,19,463). The officials from both the side monitored the transportation of these goods at Chakan-Da-Bagh crossing point twice during the day from 1330 hrs to 1400 hrs and 1730 hrs to 1800 hrs respectively, district officials said.
