| BJP holds Ward no 53 meet | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu,Sept 13: A meeting of BJP workers of Ward No. 53 was held at Trikuta Nagar, in which BJP state spokesperson & national executive member Jitendra Singh was chief guest and presided over by national executive member BJYM Aseem Gupta.
The meeting was also attended by district vice-president Amreek Singh and Gandhi Nagar Mandal President Arun Khosla.
The matter of ex-corporator Shub Chander Verma of W.No. 53 leaving the party was discussed. It was felt that his departure from of BJP will not affect the party and all the residents of Trikuta Nagar are solidly behind the BJP.
Sham Lal was nominated as Ward President of W.No. 53 by Arun Khosla with the consultation of Jammu district president Rajesh Gupta.
Sham Lal in his brief address thanked the party high command specially the state president Shamsher Singh Manhas for imposing faith and trust in him.
He promised to work sincerely and without rest for the party and the public and will be available at all times for the public.
Ashok Kumar, Rajesh Gupta, Dheeraj Mahajan, Vishu Kohli, Mohit Shawney, Ajay Shawney, Angand Nayyar, Vivek Manchanda, S.Atma Singh, S. JP Singh, R.S. Broka, R.P. Suri, Trilochan Singh, Inderjit Verma and others were present on the occasion.
