| 2 held with intoxicant capsules | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
KATHUA, Sept 13: Two drug peddlers were today arrested by police at Jarai Morh herealong with intoxicant parvanspas capsules.
Police sources said cops at Jarai Morh checking point intercepted a motorcycle which was being driven by Balbir Singh alias Makhnu, son of Maggar Singh Chouhan of ward No 12, Kathua. Bhopinder Singh alias Pinku, son of Krishan Lal of ward No 8, Kathua, was sitting on the pillion seat. Their search led the cops to the recovery 520 parvanspas capsules, the sources added. They were then arrested and booked under NDPS Act at Kathua police station. The capsules and the motorcycle were seized.
