| Person injured in shout out in Samba | | | Samba | Dec 04
Late last night a person identified as Sudveer Singh was serious injured after receiving bullet shot in his leg.
As per report the victim was returning home when some person fired upon him, resulting serious injuring to leg and fell down on the ground.
On hearing the sound of the bullet local residents assaulted at the site of the incident and reported the matter to the police. He was shifted to the local hospital, but later referred to GMC Hospital Jammu for specialized treatment.
The victim Sudveer Singh son of Suram Singh R/o Thalora Mandi, Samba, while giving statement to police said that the assailant was Rajeesh Singh alias Raju S/o Sudesh Singh of Samba.
According to source, that may be some old rivalry between the two while E.T Reporter tried to contact on phone to Samba Police about the incident, there was no response from the other end. The police has launched hunt to nab the culprit.
