UDHAMPUR, Sep 15:Sarpanch Panchayat Halqua Bain Chenani Rakesh Chand Anthal along with other Sarpanches and Panches of Tehsil Chenani today met Deputy Commissioner Baseer Ahmed Khan and demanded magisterial probe into the false and frivolous case registered against him by SHO Chenani.
Talking to media persons, Sarpanch said that the deputation met Deputy Commissioner who heard them patiently and assured that a magisterial inquiry will be ordered to inquire into whole incident which leads to registration of FIR against Sarpanch. He added that DC said that if SHO will be found guilty in it we will take action against him also and requested them to call of their strike.
He added that we have suspended our strike till the magisterial probe will be ordered by DC and its outcome.
He added that we were demanding for action against SHO chenani from past four days who on 10th of this month humiliated me and other panches of area infront of public during inauguration of a School building at Mandir Dushalla at Chenani when they were assembled their to object inauguration of a school building which is unsafe.
Anthal added that when he highlighedt highhandedness of SHO, he implicated him in false case levelling allegation that he had broken inauguration plate but the fact is that it is still intact.
